Q: What is the difference between a span cover or a flush cover?

A: We are best known for our flush covers we were the originators and inventors of the no fog flush cover. The flush cover is generally 20% to 30% more as we must cut our material to fit in the exact size of the pool. In most uses the span cover works just fine as it is raised only 2 inches above the pool surface. The Span cover overlaps the edge of the pool and has trim ramping to prevent tripping this product can also be used on un-even edge situations

Q: Do I need to heat my pool for the instillation of the cover ?

A: In some cases Yes When we install a flush cover it requires our installers to enter the water. by OSHA Regulation the water needs to be heated to at least 80 degrees it takes about 3 days for the pool to be heated if you have not used the heater in the last couple of months most likely it does not work and needs to be checked by a professional if we are not able to do the work on the scheduled day additional charges will apply

Q: Do I need to adjust the chemicals or change the setting on my Pool equipment while the Pool is covered before and during my special event ?

A: No. The pool will operate normally while it is covered please have the normal weekly pool service occur Prior to our instillation and after the removal of the equipment. In some cases we may lower the water level a inch or so depending on the type of cover. Our installers will do this at the time of instillation if needed
